Hi friends, it’s officially fall and chilly weather has arrived🍁
Here’s a relaxing tea recipe to help wind down your day. Not only is this a deliciously satisfying blend, but it can also help ease digestion, combat anxiety, and boost immunity.
Ingredients
- 1-inch ginger root (washed and roughly chopped into pieces
- 1 stalk fresh lemongrass cut into thirds
- 5-7 sprigs fresh mint (or two peppermint tea bags)
- 6 cups water
- Hengelh’s Honey (to taste)
- Lemon juice (optional, to taste)
Measurements are approximate. Feel free to adjust to your taste.
Directions
- Bring the ginger, lemongrass, and water to a boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the mint and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Sweeten with 🍯 of your choice. (We used fall honey.)
- Add 🍋 juice to taste.
